Our Institution, the "Jugend am Werk, Berufsausbildung für Jugendliche GmbH - Lehrbetrieb Moderne Berufsausbildung" in 1210 Vienna, Louis Häfligergasse 6 is going to send with this application for the Erasmus proposal + K1-Mobility our apprentice masons and technical drawers as well as our office assistance trainees with two them joining instructors for 2 weeks to Budapest Hungary respectively to Milano, Italy. Their stay shall be from the 20th of September to the 3rd of October 2015. Our Institution is a special organisation for disadvantaged people, who are not able to find a training position within the free market. The host enterprises in Budapest resp. Milano are: - Neckermann HU, travelagency in Budapest. - VitaliSpA constraction company in Milano, biggest enterprise in their sector within this region - Alpha Concept Kft und AIG Lincoln, building companies in Hungary, represented by 1CEBA. During this stay, our trainees will get to know professional systems differing from the one in Austria. Next to that, they will be able to enlarge their knowledge of language and professional skills within their field of profession. The get to know Italian/Hungarian Norms and EU-Standards, foreign machinery and softwares, other methods and technics in an operating company, thanks to the wide range within the hosting companies. It is an enonormous advantage, to get this experience in a working enterprise on a real working place, something our institution cannot provice for these disadvantaged kids. This can be some true aid for their aim to seek a job after our apprenticeship. We hope as well, to get our kids interested in learning a foreign language. One of the hugest differences to our Youth at Work-Center in Vienna is, that these Youngsters have in the majority never left the region of Vienna. So this trip will ofer them a new horizon, new sights of the world and europe and new possibilities for their future. We plan this application and the organisation for 12 months, we started in June 2015 with the selection until August, preparation for the travels until beginnig September, the mobilities at the end of September, for October we plan evaluation and finalisation of the project, which shall be a start for further more of this kind, if it will be realized successfully.
