In nowadays, more decisive role is in the level of education and quality. Employers considering a potential employee at his knowledgeand gain experience through practice . Through the project Priekuļu Technical school will achieve this quality level of education our students provide opportunity to gain that experience in foreign companies . The acquired skills will help the Technical School students to better integrate into the labor market. During the project, participants will gain new knowledge and the experience to further develop themselves, getting confidence of their ability to contribute to the overall personal growth . Learned new methods of teaching vocational subjects will help teachers to improve Latvian curriculum and improve teaching methods. The innovations introduced by others will be able to take over Latvian schools to bring qualitative changes in education, science and economy for the development of intellectual and material basis of life levels.Priekulu technical school in collaboration with Italian host partner Braga Mobility Open and Germany host partner Salo Neue Zeiten AG will organize the Erasmus+ Mobility project "Youth international experience".The project's main objective is to improve the project from the knowledge derived from practical skills and expertise in promoting personal development, using the latest materials and technologies, resulting in a significant increase of project participants competitiveness of Latvian and European labor markets.The project will achieve other objectives:- For each project participant to develop skills and advanced skills in the specialty;- To promote the desire to pursue higher education in the specialty;- To gain international work experience;- To promote confidence in their abilities;- Get the internationally recognized certificates;- Improve their language skills;- Get to know the traditions and culture of the partner;- Increase the attractiveness of vocational education.The project will be implemented in the 2015th and in 2016th with 5 streams. Implementation time of 09.02.-11.03.2016 Germany, Schwerin.5 flow - 3 educational program Tourist services professionals and 4 educational program Agricultural students. Implementation time of 12.04.-12.05.2016 Portugal, Braga.Priekuli technicum cooperation with the German host partner Salo Neue Zeiten AG and the Portugal host partner Braga Mobility Open implement internship program project. Project participants will provide all practical support in practice place: organize project participants selection, conclusion of contracts, practice programme implementation in German and Portugal branch company's, language course, wide cultural programme, educational training, night-shelter and feeding, fly tickets reservation, health and civil insurance, regular participants monitoring and all needed support. At the end, participants will receive certificates important to improve their competitiveness in Latvian and Europe with the Europass Mobility document, Salo Neue Zeiten AG and Braga Mobility Open certificate, certificate of language course. The project results will be evaluated in the project participants, the sending and the receiving organization level analysis of each party's benefits in order to continue the success of an international internship projects.
