The project is aimed at students from 10th, 11th and 12th grades, passing through initial vocational training in the occupation”Fitter of Agricultural technics”, "Farmer" and “Fitter of Transport vehicles” in PGMSS, implementation will enable 20 students from all ethnic groups, students from less privileged backgrounds, with problematic behavior, boys and girls, to conduct practice in a real working environment in Turkey in April 2015. The Main aims of the project for mobility are: Main purpose: To improve the quality and attractiveness of vocational training in PGMSS. Specific goals: - Improving in basic and specific knowledge and practical skills in profession for future professional realization - Enhancing of the opportunities for acquiring professional competences of the students, through practising in real working places in Turkey - Creating of new social contacts and learning how to work together as a team - Improving in language skills - Getting a motivation for permanent professional progress and long life learning - Establishing the partnership between the two organizations The project will be implemented in partnership with / Bursa Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi/ in Bursa, Turkey. The practice will take place in different agricultural farms and companies, which are producing agricultural machines in this city. The program includes three-week practice in Turkey for 20 students and 2 accompanies from 09.04. 2016 to 24.04. 2016. The subject of the practice will be in the field of modern methods and technologies for diagnostics , machine maintenance and repairing of agricultural and transport vehicles. For better quality of this mobility and the stay in Turkey, will held a preliminary professional, linguistic and cultural training of the candidates and after passing the exam will be formed the group of participants in the practice. Project management team will provide insurance and transport of students to Turkey. The partner will assist in organizing practice and transportation to companies, also for organizing and conducting cultural program. During the practical training students will get the opportunity to learn new knowledge and skills in the field of work with modern machines and new technologies for diagnostics, repair and technical maintaining of agricultural and transport machines ,to observe and participate in activities related to their profession, to improve their language skills, to enrich the overall culture and to form a motivation for a permanent professional development, improvement and lifelong learning. The project will contribute to the accumulation of new knowledge and skills in the field of diagnostics, maintainance and repair of transport and agricultural machines, to enhance their professional skills and to personal development. Acquired during the practice knowledge and skills will help students to adapt to the new requirements of the labour market and will increase their chances for professional development and competitiveness in the Bulgarian and European markets. The professional and language skills that students acquire during the training, they will be recognized by the three documents, which will receive at the end of the traineeship: certificate of participation in the training practice, document for Europass mobility, certificate of professional training. These documents will be used by the PGMSS in recognition of the student’s practice, which will be as an obligatory practice as a part of the curriculum.
