The project " IT for a Better Europe " aims to be a tool that contributes decisively to the personal and professional empowerment of 17 of the best students of the Computer Management EEA - ESA . Upon expiry of their training , young people will be more apt to participate creatively and actively in the development and planning strategies for IT Management Professional . All beneficiaries have a common need : work experience in a real work environment and improve technical and social skills - knowing how to do , how to be and knowing being - allowing them to integrate better in the national and European labor markets and make them grow while people and Europeans . The project " IT for a Better Europe " has as main objectives : - Promote the transition from education / school to work / market company making the most appropriate training to the needs of the labor market ; - Promote new opportunities for professional development of the trainees ; - Acquire new skills in IT Management , area training of candidates; - Promote the spirit of initiative and entrepreneurship as the ability to implement ideas - YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP ; - Foster an awareness of European citizenship through contact with a new reality , professional, cultural and linguistic diversity; - Encourage the purchase of essential social and civic competences - European added value. The internships will be conducted in partnership with The Colegiul ION IMCU and the CKP , entities with a large proven know-how in the area of study participants thus providing a relevant curriculum for beneficiaries work experience , thus promoting their employability . Because the project will have place in other Member States of the EU , this project is also a powerful tool with regard to the consolidation of European awareness in participants and beneficiaries of enrichment at a professional level , personal, cultural , linguistic and social . Places : Timisoara , Romania (2 weeks) and Wroclaw , Poland ( 4 weeks)
