The project aims at combined vocational training and e-employment of technical and computer-oriented disabled people with mobility limitation in computer aided drafting, detailing and graphics. For this purpose, a two-stage e-learning package will be prepared. The first package "E-learning for CADD and Graphics, Basics for Practical Application" will contain a training on how to become a self-employed working at home office (or "virtual assistants"), that is learning the general principles of virtual business in general. The second package "How to become a Virtual Assistant" will concentrate on drafting, detailing and graphics service fields. Creation of these e-learning packages will be followed by tests with the target group and implementation. Project activities will also include the creation of web portal serving as e-learning and e-employment platform.
