The structure of employement and dimension of the unemplomeyent in the countries is an important indicator of the level of economical and social development. The high unemplomeyent percentages of unemplomeyent in the early 2000's in many countries is still seriously creating social and economical problems. According to the data given by Eurostat at June ,2015 the unemplomeyent rate in EU countries is 9,7 percent. At the same time the unemplomeyent rate in Turkey is explained as 9,3 percent. In our country at the scope of Monitoring Project of Graduate of VET Schools ( e-graduate) according to a study done with nearly 11.000 graduates and 1.250 employers the rate of the ones who points out that the graduates of VET schools don't have the vocational qualifications required by the business sector is 42 percent. At the same study many of the employers think that the vocational informations , abilities, attitudes and job habits of the graduates of VET schools are insuffficient. When the unemplomeyent ratios given above are compared with the results of the research of e-graduate project, it is clera that the unemplomeyent proble is due to vocational insufficiency to solve the unemplomeyent problem it is necessary. In our country according to the "Action Plan of Relationship Between emplomeyent and Vocational Education (2010)" to provide the VET schools students mobility action, vocational sufficiency and Europass certificatos and to participate in the projects about VET supported by EU. In the scope of "Youth Guarantee" published by European Commision at 2012, the ease the youths access and transferring to the labor market, to establish strong partnership between the stakeholders , to use the EU funds about emplomeyent. Our school, Sivrihisar Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School is an educational institution giving VET to grow up the qualified manpower needed by work sector and provide the graduated student to reach the ocational qualification for their emplomeyent. But the machines and equipments user in our schools are insuffficients to reach our targets about our students. Also the ındustry in our town is undeveloped and because of this our students can't find proper management for their internship actions. They can't reach the proficiency level requried by work sector.We have prepared our project for the students our school at Motor Vehicles Technologies, Metal Technologies an Elektric-Elektronic Technologies branches to give the chance to realize their dreams and provide their employements according to the action plans and strategies stated above. Our projects aims are:* to strengthen the relationship between education and employement* our participants to gain the informations, skills and competencies required by job market* to certificate the gained competencies by international certificates * to contribute the personel and linguistic developments of the participantas.* to modernise our school's vision and mission with international partnership. According to this aims chosen by the criteria set;* 12 participants from Elektric-Electronics Technologies branch, at ISCOM VET Schooll at Modena, Italy* 12 participants from Metal Technologies branch, at Praktiska VET Schooll at Stockholm, Sweden* 12 participants from Motor Vehicles Technologies branch, at Autohaus Bütje Gmbh at Cuxhaven, Germanywill get internship education for 2 weeks.Our project execution team is responsible of the projects execution. A work sharing will done between our project execution team. So will be able to manage our project successfully with the help of teamwork including every action, the management of the project, budget, dissemination and preparation of the final report. The potential effects and results of the project are:*Our participants to gain vocational information and skills by the internship done in modern workshops.*To enchance the quality and capacity of our school*To develop the participants vocational and general foreign language skillsi* To provide self-confidence and entrepreneurial sprit to our participants* To create intercultural awareness among our prticipantsThe potential benfits at long term air:* To create awareness about EU and EU citizenship among the participants and target groups* To transfer good applications seen at Europe to our school with the help of internship action * To enhance the quality of educatiomns and ministration of our host partners and our school * To provide employement to our pariticipants at the related sectors
