The rapid advances in technology as in all areas ,ready-wear and machinery sector also shows itself. The technology include the process of design from make a mould. This technology called in CAD (Computer Aided Design) in industrial area of ready-wear, CNC(Computer Numerical Control) in machinery sector. Related to system of CAD and CNC, need of employee occur. If there are no trained employee in company using CAD and CNC system, buying these systems won’t be useful for rivalry area. That’s why , need of skilled staff is important to use this technology. Especially to get the need of skilled staff with the helping of school which member of consortium, collaborative works between schools and companies, additionally schools giving vocational and technical education with the center of practical training workplace must be connected each other strongly. Employer’s expectation is create the high level of quality and efficiency in manufacturing. To realize that expectation, our project focus on the important factors which are ; students have the potential to create a competence demanded by the labor market and contribute to the improvement of students professional competence. Vocational high schools where have mission to train qualified personnel for employment , there are obligation for computer aided manufacturing system to provide the students. Related to this requirements, to teach the students computer aided programs for ready –wear and industrial are, to introduce the procedures applied in these systems, to prepare the new product and displaying them are the main point of our project. All these processes, can be applicable the latest technology machinery, equipment and workshops offering training opportunities thanks to our partners in abroad are the main aim. Additionally, getting experience from European collagues , observations while working, analyze the technics and new educational methods in European the are other important aims related to the project. Project called ‘’ Rampant on employment’’. Project has 4 local and 2 foreign partners. Beneficiary group occurs apprentice and disabled students getting education from ready-wear and industrial area. Attender group occurs from 2 different country,30 participant, 15 for clothing production technology ,15 for machine technology. There will be preparation education for participant about language, vocational and cultural requirement.Project has 3 weeks education in abroad between 22.04.2017 to 13.05.2017. Project will be continued between 01.09.2016 to 01.09.2017. Participating students will get ability and experience throughout the Project which are eliminates the confidence to get up, lack of technical knowledge of students will decline, technology-oriented skills will be developed. Thanks to experience the practical works, their theoretical knowledge help them in a useful way. That’s why professional competence will increase so competence demanded by the labor market will be easy reach and contribute to employment. As a result of the planned activities participants will gain gain the experience over for professional qualifications and ready to use them.Also they will learn new socio-cultural personal gain.These type of attainments will impact on strategic improvements of consortium members in a usewal way
