In the direction of Erasmus+ program, our country faces technological limitation during EU adaptation. In this purpose, our students take part national and international labor force market providing qualitative Vocational education. Another goal of our Project is decreasing cultural difference to provide spirint of EU citizen.
Vocational education needs institutions which apply developed functional EU standard. Modern merhods ad technics in vocational education depend on development in our establisment and personel. In the light of last reports, cooperetion with esteblishment was very beneficial. More over, this coopenetion provides that we catch current progression with EU standarts.
Vocational education becomes more important because people exhibit common needs with removing borders inculture. Information Technologies that is strategical industry are of interest for countries because of quickly changig global trade. So, government make a special plan in this area. In the area of information Technologies, we are aimed to educate technical qualifed person in the sight of needs of this industry and development of technology.
Child development education plays important role in our country in recent years because our country has young population. Pre-school education institutions because more important to educate this population so our country needs qualified labor force in this area occupations of child development and education, we aim to qualified person in the sight of needs of industry.
Of Erasmus + program, a lot with in the frame of program have been mainteined EU countries and condidate of EU Porticipating this study provides that our country will be more adapted EU orientation period.
3 branch teachers will accompany 15 students from Information Technologies department,15 students from Child Development and Education Department in our project.,we will specify the students accordıng to their academic standings disciplines and ,moral conducts, voluntariness, sufficiency on the basic vocational knowledge and skills ,conscientiousness and representationals skills. there wiLl be a commission that is established by the school authority for specifying the students ( committee president will be a deputy manager of the school, the members will be the chef of the department ,branch teacher and counsellor.)
Method of student training program is aimed to get ready our student to Professional job. This training program involes expert observation and opinion.
Our major purpose is that we understand vocational education and methods which one used in Europe. After that, we can easily apply this education in our town and school. During adaptation period of EU, we realized that we must improve some area and issue. Our Project will provide institutional and Professional development.
Students can make contribution to their education because they have chance to attain different and bereficial information, observetion technological development, method and source related to Information Technologies, Pre-school training and Education Program. Thanks to this Project, our students have chance to family, school, town and country. Moreover, Germany plays important role in recognizing different culture and religion. Our students will start to positive opinion collegues in Germany with this Project. Studies Show that “perfect rearing depens on reading and travelling”. In this Project will remove missing point in the travel and learning different culture efficiently.
Quality technical education causes to economical and social development. Our students will be more conscious to be EU citizens because they have chance to learn different culture and work special areas. These ideas will countribute to social equity in Europe 2020 strategy. Vocational education foundation will be more attractive due to provide right and clear reports related with student moment activiy.
