This project of the European Union Erasmus Plus Karacaköy Secondary School in the 2014-2015 academic year between 01.07.2014- 30.06.2015 will be held in the form of school education staff mobilitiy. In this contex, 28 July-5 August 2014 in London, England and from NGO-Motivated Learning for Everyone Stimulating Creativity Through Cooperative Learning in the course base, will be for a period of 9 days. School principal, English teacher and Science and Techonology Teacher totally 3 teachers will participate the course. The aim of this project is: -to keep all the students to go to school especially the Gipsy (Roman) students whose socio-economic levels are not good and who leave the school early , -to enhance their motivation to lessons , -to contribute to their entrepreunership, -to enhance their transition to higher education and to make improvements to work in the future, -to learn about different education systems, -to use the innovative techniques and methods , -to develop materials , -to learn about the European culture and to disseminate Participants will find solutions to the problems with the approaches usedf in England and in the other countries and it will contribute to the world peace. A work-schedule will be made .According to this schedule activities wiil be done each month.During the project evaluations will be made using materials ,products,magazines,questionnaires,attitude and behavior scales,self-assessment,peer-assessment forms ,mid-term evaluation and final evaluation forms of the host institution.Data will be analysed and the results of the evaluation will be disseminated l,the results and ocally,regionally and internationally. At the end of the course a final report will be written and how the objectives have been achieved,the results and all studies will be stated in the report. These products will be shared nationally and internationally for the teachers,students,neighbourhood schools and local communities in the school website,blog,social networking sites,the District Directorate of Education . At school powerpoint presentations will be shown to the teachers,students,neighbourhood schools and local communities and seminars will be given. The results and impacts of the project: Impacts on teachers: -It will give the teachers opportunity to learn about different cultures and education systems -It will give opportunity to develop teachers' language,communication,presentation and research skills. -It will give support to the ongoing or new projects in other fields. -It will help teachers realize the importance of to what extent similar activities in our daily life should be done , taking precautions against common problems and policies. -It will develop the emotion of European citizenship . -Teachers will apply the cooperative learning exploring the innovative approaches and techniques. -Teachers will be aware of the creativity of students and apply stimulating methods and techniques. -It will contribute to the teachers ' improvement academically. -Teachers will benefit the European Fund in order to travel and learn about other cultures. -It will help to make a common model by disseminating the activities through other countries. Impacts on students: -The course will be beneficial about stimulating creativity for students and methodologies and learning techniques. -It will enhance and stimulate the European identification consciousness . -Teachers will explore the cooperative learning and apply the new techniques. -It will develop creative thinking skills . -It will help enhance the motivation for lessons and reduce or stop the early school leavings and enhance the school achievement. -It will reduce the behaviors including violance. -It will increase the entrepreneurship. -It will improve the students language ,ICT,presentation and research skills. -It will help the students to know other cultures and to be more indulge. -It will help to keep the Gipsy(Romen) students to go to school. Impacts on the local communities: -It will develop whole community. -It will keep the European side in the cultures of formal and informal education. -It will improve and stimulate the multi language and make them feel the importance of learning the foreign languages during the project. -It will give opportunity to all the participants to develop pozitive attitude about different cultures,religions and opinions. -It will contribute to understand the importance of world peace by learning the indulge about different cultures ,religions and races.
