In the town of Çerkezköy, SMEs in the sector of metal, electric, furniture and fashion are insisting using traditional methods and basic processing technology because of lack of confidence and information. the Design and technological changes are within the boundaries of the traditional methods and basic processing technologies. Models on a single sketch paper , color , size, sector plan, cutting plan, production drawings , detailing all of the products are made as freehand drawing. All of this preparation in developed countries are made in computer design and also according to their function. Many designs and manufacturing of CNC programs are used in production. Our region is located in our selected target SME sector is for our project , in the medium term we are expecting to increase their competitiveness so our project will become more efficient with practical teaching in technical and industrial design engineering . Our business in our region, will have quality and economical way to develop talent in the long term for commercial success nationally and internationally in order to correspond customer needs in the market quickly. Our project has been implemented and finished activities to meet the needs of local and regional technical. The initial aim of the project is to educate the cultivating a skilled workforce ,are needed in our region , our country and European furniture , metal, power and skills needed in the field of clothing. This project was led by our initial aim. Our project is in the field of vocational training in the Erasmus + . The name of the Applied project, is " job training and innovation " . Our central institutions as the project owner is a vocational school in the public status in Çerkezköy, Tekirdag . Our project , , have been implemented in Germany and Italy , with a total of 4 foreign partners. The Project’s implementation period was from 01 June 2015 to 01 June 2016. Education in Germany finished for 3 weeks between 20.03.2016 and 09.04.2016 and also Education in Italy finished for 3 weeks between 08.05.2016 to 28.05.2016. 42 participants in the field of furniture, metal, electric, clothing were involved in the Project because they are a gerat source potential fort he labour. These participants are apprentices ,16-26 year old men and women, who are being educated in basic vocational education. 10 student and 1 teacher from electric department, 10 students and 1 teacher from metal department, 8 students and 1 teacher from furniture department totaly 31 participants implemented the Project in Germany. In Italy, 10 studenst and 1 teacher from department of clothing were educated. For the prepation of the Project 38 participants were educated in 3 different fields sch as Germany, English and cultural and vocational perepation.at the end of these courses 38 participant were given vocational, cultural, and language certificates. After the courses, pozitive development, improvement have noticed in participants’ cultural, vocational and language skills. Furniture students (CAD-CAM), metal students (Solidwork-CAM), electric students were educated according to their field in Germany, students of clothing were educated practically on CBS technology using CNC machines also after the education they got their skills of operation. Target groups for dissemination of our project are basic vocational training , vocational school students , students of formal and formal training apprentices who receive vocational training. Young jobless people is a huge amount of potantial for the sector. Project outputs and results in promoting the goals of our project group are used. Achieved results and outcomes at the end of our project , observation forms , different manufacturing and design programs, basic skills necessary for the operator, visual short films and photographs, information and experiences , documents and certificates of the participants, social, cultural and personal development are the earnings of the Project.
