During their stay in Spain, young people will participate in specialist Spanish Course for Professional Purpose and cultural activities. Thanks to the Europass Mobility and Europass CV and the certificate confirming knowledge of foreign language, participants achieve better labour market mobility and thanks to its soft and hard skills in case of lack of job opportunities in their locality, they are able to undertake a jobsearch in other another region, province or even other country. Taking part in international internship and preparatory training will contribute to mentality change in youth participants. It will manifest in greater faith in their own strength and conviction that they can change their own fate and manage their lives. Their attitude after their participation in the internship will have a positive impact on the local environment , other OHP participants, on family or friends. In rural communities affected social marginalization, structural unemployment and social pathologies, they will be an example of possibility to change their situation and to take steps to improve their situation. Local businessmen working in industries related with the training profile of participants will gain skilled workers who have had the opportunity to familiarize with modern technologies or organization systems at work. Obviously, they can make use of this knowledge in local factories, which will increase their competitiveness in the market. Six months after the end of the project will be carried out qualitative research to measure the social impact at the local level.
