INTERREGIONAL MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES (HURMA)
Date du début: 29 mars 2011, Date de fin: 28 mars 2013 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The project aims at promoting a human resources management model in the regions of Serres and Blagoevgrad. The idea of the project is inspired by the interregional needs of the two Countries. It is a fact that the main reason of the mobility of human resources bettwen Greece and Bulgaria is issued by the need of job finding. Much more productive and creative persons show an interrest for working abroad, collect experiences and enrich their skills. Despite the fact of a rising want for living and working in the(an) other country, unfortunately an institute or an office that supports and informs potenial workers does not exist. As a result comes mostly seasonal work which also increases the unemployment rate in both cross-border regions. This outcome is a big testify of lack of work force sound management and controlling. The need of managing and utilizing the uncontrollable human resources underlies the proposal of this project. Expected Results: The expected project results are related to bodies’ networking in the fields of employment, education and research. The project is by nature designed to promote networking and collaboration, and that because the proper management and implementation requires developing a common strategy, which was established jointly in the preparatory phase of the project plan and in particular involves collaborating institutions:- between different fields of action since each partner has a specific role in the project by providing their knowledge and experience. E.g. the undertaking of the studies’ implementation and data collection R.D. of Serres who carried out relevant projects in the past - between the two countries, bringing multiple benefits to people from both eligible cross border regions. This is obvious, since the actions for the beneficiaries of the project are either common (participation in workshops and meetings) or divided equally in the two areas (training programs). Elements that add innovation to the results of the project are: - The intervention area, where no relevant projects have ever been implemented in the past- The target group of beneficiaries who have not participated in any project, nor have been recorded by any institution - The operation of the supporting offices and of the portal, since there is no information or supporting body for these specific beneficiaries
