Date du début: 1 juil. 2014, Date de fin: 30 juin 2015 PROJET  TERMINÉ

FARO is the Flemish interface centre for cultural heritage and it supports all cultural herritage organisations, public authorities and other administrators. The organisation focusses on three main tasks: support the cultural heritage field, stimulate a further development of the different cultural heritage practices and create awareness with regard to cultural diversity within the cultural heritage policy. With this application FARO wants to improve its knowlegde and skills regarding three topics: digitilazation, cultural marketing and museology. Over the passed years, FARO took a lot of initiative around these topics. In the future FARO wants to focus more intensively on these topics. FARO wants to gain new knowledge and expertise within these fields by taking part in the central conferences of three leading international networks, which have proven their quality in the past. - ICA (International Council on Archives) - AMA (Arts Marketing Association) - EMAC (European Museum Advisors Conference) FARO sends specialised staffmembers to these conferences. By participating to international conferences, we want to acquire: - additional field specific competences for our staffmembers - international parners for future projects, internships and conferences. - interesting practises and tools to present in Flanders - new methods to integrate within our own courses We will disseminate the results and experiences of our participations to the Flemisch cultural heritage field during and after the conferences.
