The idea of Job shadowing comes from different needs of our school:• the necessity of internationalization;• incentive the motivation of teachers and students;• bettering the skills/competences of teachers and students in English;• improving cross-sectional skills;• awareness of European citizenship;• starting CLIL methodology;• promoting the growth project of students;• creating reliable relationship abroad;• knowing alliances;• exchanging of good practices.The project will have an English partner as a central point for Italian activity of job shadowing which will develop in three mobility in a period of 15 months. 12 teachers ( 4 for 3 mobilities) of different subjects will go to the UK for a period of 15 days each. They will share good practices of job shadowing activity and at the same time they will be involved in a English course as empowerement for the activity.The final stage of the mobility will be the dissemination activity which will be done through events in the school of origin and the sharing of good practices with all teachers of the institution.The dissemination plan takes into account the spread and use in the short and long term results .To this end they will be employed the following means :1 ) institutional Web pages;2 ) Social Media;3 ) internal and external conferences and meetings.
