International Human Rights Certificate for Social Work

The Human Rights Certificate for Social Work Program will provide undergraduate and graduate social work students with an opportunity to specialize in the area of human rights and social work with a focus on social and economic rights. Within a one semester study abroad program students will gain insights into human rights and how they apply to social work policies and practices. Students participating in the program will receive an international human rights certificate for social work. Figures: 48 US & EU students and 13 faculty will participate in the program.
