The project "International High 5: breeding ground for creativity" - is an international exchange of young people aged 14-16 from three countries: Polish, Austria and Macedonia, which will be held in Czeszów, the municipality Zawonia on 30.04-09.05.2014. Participants of exchange will be teenagers having no international experience, coming from rural areas (Poland), emigrants (Austria), coming from poorer families from the  urban-rural area (Macedonia). At least 30% of the participants - are people with fewer opportunities. Gender parity will be preserved. The main objective of the project will be to strengthen and awaken young people creative attitudes that will help them open up to the world, will add confidence, and ultimately enhance their nascent entrepreneurial spirit and independent action. Because of this, it would be the first international project in the community it will meet a broad list of objectives associated with this type of activity, from the most basic to the most personal for each participant. Objective of the project, on the one hand, will be the development of competences: intercultural, linguistic, social implemented, among others through the contact with other peers and nationalities, on the other hand, we put the emphasis on individual "challenge" for each participant, so that he also could feed, with the "part of his creativity", our INCUBATOR and finally be able to feel appreciated and "receive deserved applause." In the course of action there will be created two groups: Theater and Adventure. The first will have the task to prepare,advertise and put on the theater performance, connected with the subject of creativity, on stage of the Temple of Artists - local cultural centre. On the other hand, the second group will be responsible for the preparation and making "Project's stations" with tasks and games developing the creativity of residents and students in local schools in Czeszow and Zawonia. The main methods of work of the project will include: theater and sculpture workshops, peer education, games involving physical movement, portfolio, aquaerobics, brainstorming, use of modern technology in a funny and positive way. Among the results of the project we can distinguish: the development of creativity and entrepreneurship, growth of intercultural skills, increase of knowledge of foreign languages, learning about and practical use of ideas and the creation of Portfolio guide "Incubator of creativity." Through the project we hope to reach many people in our region and beyond, and show them a new dimension of non-formal education.
