The project named Intercultural Vocational Training of Nursing Assistants is a project of mobilities focused on acquisition of vocational skills and on vocational training of nursing assistants which aims to provide its participants with as wide opportunities as possible for professional and personal growth via direct confrontation with the methods of nursing care in Great Britain. Hopefully, it will also satisfy their personal motivation in regard to the development of their language skills. Last but not least we hope that the trainig experience abroad will enhance the students' chances for future employment and allow them to be more flexible on the work market. The mobilities will be realized in different medical and nursing care facilities in North London within October or November 2014 and will last two weeks. There will be 15 students taking part in the training. The students who are expected to take part in the mobilities are currently in their first, second and third year of vocational training.
