This 9 months EVS project (February-November 2016) will give the opportunity to 4 volunteers to participate to volunteering activities in two cooperatives of Mantua's province: Agorà and Bucaneve that work both for the social integration of disabled people. Candida, a portughese girl of 25 years old with a degree in psycology and psycogerontology and Susana, a 27 years old spanish girl with a degree in psycology will do their EVS at cooperative Agorà from Bozzolo (MN). Maartje, a 22 years old girl from the Netherlands with a degree in social and cultural work and Uliana, a 26 years old from Ukrain with a degree in Sociology will do their EVS at cooperative Bucaneve from Castel Goffredo (MN). The sending organisations are ProAtlantico from Porto Salvo (Portugal) for Candida, Ayuntamiento de Burgos (Spain) for Susana, SIW from Utrecht (Netherland) for Maartje and EMFU from Kiev (Ukrain) for Uliana.Biside the usual activities of both cooperatives (artistic workshops, informatical workshops, occupational workshops, didactic activities, pet therapy, outside activities in the area, physiotherapical activities, etc., the cooperative Bucaneve will develop a set of activities for autistic people to which the volunteers will participate; and the cooperative Agorà will start a partnership with high schools of the area to creat activities of social theater where students and disabled people can act together.The volunteers will do their activities always alongside the operators and will have the possibility to develop a personal project within the service. All volunteers will have the opportunity to develop personalised activities based on their interest, ideas and skills.Alce Nero will be responsible for the coordination of the project with the sending and host organisations and for the distribution of of the grant among the partners, in line to their respective responsabilities.Alce Nero will give support to all organisations (sending and hosting) during all the process, from the volunteers's selection to the final evaluation of the project. Alce Nero will then be present during all the development of the project, welcoming the volunteers at their arrival, introducing and supervising the evolution of the project for its whole duration and falicitating their participation to the on arrival training and mid term evaluation. Alce Nero as coordinating organisation will make sure to be present in the learning phase and insertion, monitoring and evaluation of the volunteers for the benefit of the community and to increase the impact, accessibility, effectiveness and visibility of EVS.
