The aim of the project is to fight with youth unemployment, development of the key competences, promotion of cultural and multilingualism in the local communities - institutions - for children and the increase of the mobility of youth inside Europe. Further objective is to enable kids and families with disadvantaged backgrounds to meet other cultures and the workers of the institutions would also become more opened, they could gain international relations, introduce new methods in their pedagogical plan, that could be disseminated in the future.The gender balance will also be a bit more equilibrated, since in the 6 institutions there are only women working there. The volunteers after getting integrated and experiences, they could do presentations in the local high school and culture houses about their EVS experiences and Erasmus + programme that would offer a possibility to the youth to try themselves in another culture, especially those who does not have the background for this. The children become more tolerant and inclusive that can guide their school years as well.By this project, the contacts of the local NGOs and the receiving institution will get closer by the help of the volunteers, since the volunteers will have the opportunity to realise activities at these organisations, groups.
