The project consists in the realization of compulsory training in workplaces abroad for a month, it will be complementary to the compulsory training in workplaces in the own country . That will be working closely with a French school with the same motivations and educational needs of us. The profile of the participants will be students 16-18 years old of industrial electromechanical maintenance and the number of beneficiaries of this project will be four students from each school.The activities will be controlled with the usual standard used for monitoring and evaluating the mandatory training in workplaces. and so be reflected individually in the practices notebook of each student.To carry out the project we will use the experience of our partner in their home and also our experience so that both our students and the foreign students can enjoy at full the compulsory practices. The control and management will be performed as it is usually done with our students in their usual work experience. There will be a teaching team that will monitor and control the satisfactory completion of the process of practices abroad and towards the end of them a person of this team will travel to visit the enterprises of such practices.It is expected that this activity will allow the city, the school and the students to improve their skills and be more competitive in today's workplace world. We will allow all parts to make dissemination of the tasks performed. Difussion activities are open to all groups in the city from local television, newspapers and guidance talks about vocational training to ESO (compulsory secondary) schools in our city. Thus both families and prospective students will know about the activity we develop in our school and also the international collaborations we have. Also on the website of the center we will report about the professional practices abroad for all people to know the experience being carried out.Will be compulsory for the participants students in the project to let new students to know about their experiences from a presentation done at the beginning of the new course.In the long term we hope to have more motivated vocational training students and to increase our number of students in these type of formative studies.
