The "Youth Exchange with the Week for the Rights of Youth 2014 " project invites young people to participate , for a total of 60 youth participants from 4 countries: Italy , France , Portugal and Spain , in a coordinated manner in the preparation , animation and development activity from Fundació Catalana de l l'Esplai from 2010 in CENTRE ESPLAI and annually ( Prat de Llobregat -Barcelona- Spain ) , called for the Rights Week Youth . Also invited to disseminate their findings on December 10, 2014 , in the framework of the International Day of Human Rights, and generate a spread of its achievements in social networks , in the following months , until June 2015. This dialog environment space for young people's rights , human rights and mutual learning and exchange in both presential form and online media , will allow other young people, can be added to the results and discussions and follow in the near environment, social networks, and facebook , from their places and countries. Other young people , allowing leverage may generate discussion , ideas and suggestions about how to activate , discuss and propose , around the reality of the rights of young people in their countries, with a European perspective, and ask how vulnerabilities can be solved in a European and global context . The project has different activities and times : 1) A preparatory meeting in July , 2014 " Preparatory Meeting" will be held at VPP CENTRE ESPLAI (El Prat de Llobregat -Barcelona- Spain ) . Performing dynamic presentation of each of the organizations , and mutual understanding between the project participants . Location of development regarding the place of the Preparatory Meeting . 8 people involved . 2) November 2014 " Youth Exchange " CENTRE ESPLAI . El Prat de Llobregat -Barcelona- Spain . 60 young and 8 educators, active involved and dialogue for their rights, and human rights , where young people will present and propose activities , proposals , ideas and claims other young people who want to activate on this way. 3) Activities on December 10, 2014 . Dissemination of the results of the Exchange in November 2014 , in their countries, activities and workshops. 4) January 2015 to June 2015. Dissemination activities in social networks, the debates , ideas, proposals, communications , challenges , etc. . Young people in their countries develop strategies for disseminating the findings . 5) June 2015 assessment meeting in Porto , Portugal: 8 people value the work process , incidence , outcomes, and learning and value added impacts on young people . Long-term benefits : Young people participating in the exchange will have more especially notions and information about how the reality of youth in each of the countries : Italy, Portugal, France, and what situations they live, what concerns and motivations are , and develop activities or participate , how means of enhancing their rights and improve vulnerabilities thereof. They will build skills and capabilities and processes of formal and informal learning shocking for them and other young people.
