The project "Innovative digital classroom" was developed on the basis of the European development plan and the Strategy of the school and in relation to the following needs of qualification of the team of SOU “Sveti Sedmochislenitsi":1. Use of ICT and web-based applications.2. Implementation of innovative and interactive methods.3. Changes in methodology of teaching foreign languages to a wider communication in class.4. Exchange of experience of the management team for successful management.The project objectives are:1. Improving the usage of interactive methods and ICT in teaching process and keeping quality, efficient and modern educational process.2. Enriching the experience of working in an international team of experts in education and creating quality and effective resources for the needs of the modern school.3. Improving the skills of school management to effective manage of changes and innovation.The ability of sharing and integration of the competencies acquired during the mobilities will affect the development of the school and support the implementation of the decisions adopted by the European Development Plan as follows: - The quality of educational process will be improved as a result of the higher qualification of the teaching and management team and the experiences shared with colleagues in Europe; - European dimension of the educational process will be enhanced by creating a large number of new contacts;- There will be positive changes in the micro-climate and the relationships in the school community;- Teachers will be more motivated to conduct modern educational process;- The school will increase its prestige at national and European level through inclusion in future international projects. Participants in the project are 15 with the following profile and skills: - Foreign language at the required level; - Ability to use computer and web-based products; - Create resources (including electronic), plan and conduct an interactive lesson; - Vision for personal development and the needs of self-development; - Communication in a multicultural environment; - Teamwork abilities; - Good adaptability; - Good communication and presentation skills; - Strong will of sharing knowledge and experience fast and their effective implementation into practice.During the mobilities teachers will take part in various activities such as:- Workshops;- Discussion of pedagogical subjects;- Project work in a team;- Evaluation and self-esteem sessions;- Educational trips for collecting information on an educational theme;- Observation and discussion of interactive and / or web-based lessons;- Creation and use of training materials with the help of new technologies.Methodology of the project:1. Identification of the needs of the school.2. Preparation of the European Development Plan.3. Selection of the appropriate course in an EU country.4. Mobility preparation.5. Implementation of the mobility.6. Follow-up:- Creation of materials to disseminate the information and learning outcomes;- Report presentations;- Application of the new knowledge; sharing and exchange of good practices;- Dissemination of the results;- Final report, evaluation of the project and its impact.7. Discussion of the long-lasting effect and the multiplication of the project results.Within the project, all direct participants will acquire (or improve) the following knowledge and skills:- Effective work in the classroom;- Exchange and sharing of best practices;- Use of ICT, web-based applications and the Internet for educational purposes;- Planning and personal career development;- Development of an interdisciplinary school project;- Selection of tools for developing effective educational project;- Contact with teachers from other European countries;- Development of management skills.Influence outside the group of direct participants:A. Students at the school:- Participation in the educational process in an innovative digital classroom;- Work with new materials and resources;- Development of key competences set out in the European Reference Framework - digital competence, learning skills, communication in foreign languages, functional literacy.B. The other teachers from the school:- Training in the workshops to exchange experience;- Application of acquired within the workshops knowledge, skills and practices.C. Teachers from other schools in the region:- Participation in workshops will improve the quality of their work;- Improving the skills for interactive class work;- Motivation to participate in Erasmus+ activities.At international / European level, the results of mobility will be shared with partners in previous projects.At the end of the life cycle of the project working team will organize a discussion on opportunities for long-lasting effect and multiplication of the results.
