Interactive Video Conference Based Culinary Competence Development

In this project we are developing a platform which will be used as educational tool during culinary classes. The platform contains videos, e-material and customized classes.The videos and e-materials are divided in levels based on competence grid. Each level contains certain competences needed to be mastered by the student before starting a new level. Teachers have the opportunity to create their own learning plans on the platform, using content of the platform and also content outside the platform like for example Moodle, blackboard etc.
