Inter+ Enhancing plurilingualism and interculturality in an European educational context In society as in the world of education, plurilinguism and interculturality are more and more part of Europeans' every day life. Those two types of situation can be problematic but are, at the same time, a source of richness to manage and, moreover, to enhance. The Inter+ project seeks out experienced and probational teachers of all levels and subjects, together with education and cooperation staff. It offers to know and understand the cultural codes of pupils and education partners, to approach foreign languages and foreign cultures without fears. It also aims to enable proficiency of plurilinguism situations, to develop every linguistic and cultural skills for pupils and education staff. These objectives will especially make possible an enhancement of “inheritated languages” and foster pupils inclusion, helping them to build their identity and helping to avert school failure. Therefore, a training journey will be implemented during three years with the support of an European team of experts, gathered for the project, from France (including French Guyana), Spain, Portugal, Austria, Greece and Romania. The training journey will last two years, for two different groups (the first group will end its training in year 2, whereas the second group will start it in year 2). The journey will provide certifications delivered by education authorities or training partner organisations. It will begin with training seminars organised in six territories where the members of the experts group will go. One thousand people will attend these seminars during the programme. Seminars will be followed by distance training modules, practises exchanges courses, and mobilities. These activities will enable outputs like transferable tools, training modules, but also activities notebooks or partnerships practises notebooks, aggregating teachers' outputs. A multilingual and digital library will also be created. Recorded readings made by pupils' parents or education staff will insitute bridges between schools and families. All these outputs, founded on a reflexion at a European scale, will be accessible from a dedicated website and from the digital project platform. It will be possible to include them in other trainings. For these purposes will be organised, during the third year, the project's final meetings. Local authorities and management staff, from the training organisations involved, will form the priority audience of this event.
