The project "Integration of European models in the strategic development of the school" is proposed by the Colegiul Tehnic ” Dimitrie Leonida” Iasi in order to form and develop skills, attitudes and values for increasing the competitiveness of our school through the participation of the staff in European mobility projects in fields like: educational, administrative, marketing and management, in institutions with expertise in advanced educational systems from the European Union.16 employees (teachers and administrative staff) will attend courses structured as follows:1. ”Educational Marketing-Reaching audiences outside the school walls”-provider Insignare-Associaçao de Ensino e Formaçao, in Ourém, Portugal, 5 days for 4 participants, between 21-25.11.2016 2. ”School revolution! Innovative Didactic Methodologies and the Flipped Classroom”-provider Glocal Factory, in Verona - Italy, 5 days for 4 participants –May 2017 3. ”School Management„, in Joensuu - Finland - provider EduKarjala - 5 days for 4 participants 5 - 9.05.20174. ”New Learning Environments - What Kind of Schools Should We Build in the Future?”-provider EduKarjala, in Joensuu - Finland- 5 days for 4 participants -25- 29.07.2017.Our objectives: 1. Competence acquisition for developing a marketing strategy to promote our school in the context of educational market competition.2. The use and integration of new and innovative teaching methods and models addapted to the changes in the students' mindset in order to improve the quality and attractiveness of the learning process. 3. Knowledge acquisition and skills development in the school management field to facilitate the design of an advanced strategic management at European level for strengthening and developing our school in accordance with European models and aspirations 4. The development of administrative competences in training design/plannig, efficient material resources and technology management and their integration in order to create an attractive learning environment, allowing the training of active and responsible, socially and professionally well-integrated citizens 5. The capitalization of European practices and values, the development of linguistic and multicultural skills and competences. The training activities include: lectures, briefings, presentations, workshops, debates, demonstrations, meetings with specialists and experts, case studies, roundtables, teamwork, shadowing.Learning outcomes – participants will develop informational materials and tools that will be used in our school during classes, non-formal activities, working and methodical committees, Students' School Council, the Parents' Committee (EnergoParent Association) and in partnerships with stakeholders. The whole experience will be exploited for the benefit of our school, the development of its European Dimension and in order to enhance our institution's performance and competitiveness.The results will be recognized through European documents and will be integrated in the strategic development of the school at European level.
