ČOSDAT o.s. is a Czech centre of international organization OISTAT, which is based in international communication, collaboration in the field of performing arts, stage design, lightning design and theatre architecture. The main target of ČOSDAT o.s. is to creative partnerships, to prepare informational basis for young future professionals in light design and other stage technologies and support creative communication between artists and technical professionals. Volunteer will be involved in all activities of organization, will have chance to learn and practise various skills. She will enrich our team and cooperate on the prepared activities. In the same time she will have space for realization of her own ideas and time to build her own project. The project is an individual voluntary service of young girls Ségolène Le Contellec , which will begin in September 2014 and will end in August 2015. Sending organization and the volunteers are from France. Coordinator and also hosting organization is COSDAT from the Czech Republic. The main objective of the project is to promote personal development (not only for the professional but also the artistic and human terms) and self-confidence of the volunteer and involvement in local as well as international activities and projects. The main activities are: - Development of own project itself (light path - research in the public space - how the light, its quality , temperature and its use affects public space ? How are the light sources in the public space used ? How can the light in public spaces positive / negative influence our perception? Output of project should be guided tour around Prage.) Participation in other projects of the Institute of Light Design - On workshops of project School of Lighting Design (active participation in all workshops and assistance in the preparation of workshops focused on lighting design and technology) - Preparation of discussions with professionals in the field of lighting design (works on all activities as communication with professionals, participants, building a specialized platform, production - creating of whole small project that will hosting organizations help to realize) Participation in the European Lighting School project - Participation in international workshops on the theme of lighting design and technologies + help with coordination of Czech participants on workshops in different countries - Building site www.lightingschool.eu and its most important part - E -learning Assistance with the organization of lighting programme of the Prague Quadrienalle (the whole set of activities in supervision and cooperation of the host organization and foreign partner organizations) - Meeting of specialized platform - small meeting OISTAT - Meeting of specialized platform - Lighting Design Working Group - Organizing exhibitions Lighting Transmissions - The last workshop of programme European Lighting School - Discussion, presentations and meetings of experts - Evaluation of the project European Lighting School and E -learning program The project is part of a functioning and growing organization and all activities will follow in the next period. - Evaluation of the project European Lighting School and E -learning program The project is part of a functioning and growing organization and all activities will follow in the next period.
