The linguistic and professional competences and the use of new tools and methodologies is for our school an essential point for the personal and professional development of teachers and students. The way to get to the information is one key point for the development of our modern society. To contribute to this development, we want to devote our necessary efforts to get an educational system of quality so that our students acquire the basic competences necessary for the development in a future society.After realizing that there were some weaknesses among teachers in our school, linguistic competences in English and knowledge in CLIL methodology (content and Language Integrated Learning), we decided to apply for two different types of mobility to face these weaknesses and achieve the goals of our school in the near future.On the one hand, we apply for a mobility for two teachers to participate in an English course. We want teachers to get a good knowledge of the linguistic competence necessary for applying the CLIL methodology in the class.On the other hand, we apply for a mobility for one teacher to participate in a course of CLIL in the classroom. We want to improve the knowledge of this methodology to apply it in the classroom and help other teachers interested in it. If we got BOTH mobilities, we would follow closely to achieve the objectives of the school. We have a grid with different indicators which will make an objective evaluation of the results in the near future for the projects applied.
