The project addresses the need for quality employment for youth inspiring them tho become sustainable entrepreneurs. 21 young, unemployed participants from Portugal, Spain and Poland will come together for 12 days, to be inspired to become successful sustainable entrepreneurs. This project will address the challenges created by the ecological and the economic crises that plague Europe and the world.During the project, participants will take part in activities that raise awareness about sustainability, and develop specific skills related to sustainable technology and processes.The main focus of the group will be to develop a business plan for a sustainable project. Throughout the whole Youth Exchange, the focus will be on entrepreneurship, and how to use the learned concepts to start a business. All activities are based on Non Formal and Informal learning methods.This Project will increase the confidence of the participants to become self employed. Participants will raise their awareness of the need for sustainability in our society, and will be able to translate this awareness in specific professional action, leading to a more sustainable planet and youth integration in the labour market, to become successful independent entrepreneurs.
