" The development in the world today is the result of creativity, the new ICT and rapid change. This requires a qualitatively new way of thinking, behavior, communication. Therefore, educators, as representatives of the media on the growth of public mentalinio for new challenges. In addition to general education and lifelong learning and competency in today's emphasis on creativity, innovation, and promote tolerance, openness to change and innovation. Critical thinking and the ability to creatively use abundant, the changing, the information is by far the greatest controversy of the time of this ambition and challenge. The development of information technology as a result of the great leap, educational measures must be interactive and oriented to the future, promote new and informal teaching methods. The application of information technology in educational processes by the usual procedures, facilitating installation of modernesnius methods. Educators observe and identify the benefits of technology in the curriculum development process. Nowhere has a noticeable impact on pupils learning motivation of innovative ICT promotion and increasing their involvement in the learning activities. Most of the teachers are pretty innovative ICT use welcomes and notes the positive effects of their own professional development process as developers and operators, although clearly a little exploit ICT opportunities. Even the use of advanced ICT educators recognize that their professionalism, they still haven't been able to move into an obvious student achievement. Teachers are aware of the difficulties encountered in the implementation of ICT: the need to constantly learn, change, traditional pedagogy inovatyvia, develop a systematic approach to the development process and to accept the challenges, not only as an inevitable necessity, but also the further development, as well as development opportunities. The main objective of the project - is to provide a professional school staff (teachers) professional knowledge, skills and abilities, to improve the innovative use of ICT in the organisation of the vocational training process, while ensuring its accessibility to a larger group of young people. The project is in line with the strategic objectives of the professional schools-to create an attractive and to promote lifelong learning, the learning environment, to ensure the attractiveness of vocational education and training, flexibility and quality, through ivovatyvius training methods. The Lithuanian partners of the project: Panevėžys Margarita Rimkevičaitės technological school, Biržai exchanges, technology and business training center, Kupiškis technological and business school, Vilnius railway transport and business services school. The schools will send the 4 participants, who will be selected in each school in accordance with the requirements laid down (a total 16 participants will be involved in the project). The project activity: tracking the work of EU countries, of the vocational training institutions in order to achieve the objective of the project. Thanks to international cooperation will increase the knowledge of innovative forms of training for teachers, methods, measures, tolerance, creativity, general, personal abilities, competence, greater new will discover and develop new international contacts. Teachers innovative ICT will apply and benefit the profession, what is the result of students-facilitating constructive and customized bulk learning and vocational training in increasing accessibility. The project participants will improve not only the professional competencies, but also enhance certain values - openness to everything, what's new, distinctive, interesting, trust your creative powers, the sharing of ideas, thoughts, points of view, the desire to develop and test new tools and opportunities for professional work. The schools community will be aimed at a unified action to work for the attainment of the objectives of the project - and for the implementation of activities (by selecting and installing the virtual training environments, innovative ICT learning tools). The school will be open, learning and changing organizations, strengthen the partnership. Mobility projects each person the great opportunities for both professional and personal. International communication and cooperation to promote the nurturing the culture of other countries, art, culture, tradition and religion.
