The project "Innovative Methods in Adult Education" is related to the needs of adults. The project in an accredited Educational Center has reinforced the personnel skill and competences, which helped to provide information, consulting, methodical help, training, and other education-related assistance for other adults. Education Center's mission is to ensure the lifelong learning strategy measures. To implement this mission qualitatively and to reduce the number of low-skilled adults, the staff of education center was looking for new ways and forms, which have helped to improve adult skills. The project involved staff representatives, they all have a university academic education, many years of work experience in adult education, accredited institutional level training program design, evaluation and execution expertise as well as project experience. The main objective of the project is to improve the personnel, who is responsible for the education policy capacity, access to other European countries, adult education and experience to create new, innovative learning programs, to apply effective pedagogical methods to promote cross-generational education and lifelong learning. There were organized five mobilities instead of the planned four, after taking part in the mobilities the project coordinator has prepared 18 hours of the academic program "Innovative Methods in Adult Education" and six pedagogical workers of the Education Center have deepened IT competencies. The project was focused on the creation of the distance and blended learning models. The project coordinator has prepared three (40 academic hours long) blended learning programs. According to them, there was organized training for other adults. The training combined the work in Moodle platform and real meetings. Mixed type of training was a good assessment of the participants, in the future we plan to develop more programs of this type, to decline the number of low-skilled adults in the area.
