The project "The Use of Innovative Teaching Methods in the Work with Learners of Rural Area School to Facilitate the Learning Motivation" aims at fostering the acquisition, use and distribution of modern and innovative teaching methods at primary school. It aims at finding new methods to facilitate learners' motivation and develop European dimension at school. The aims go in line with the school's strategic aims of year 2015 - 2017. The main project activities will focus on the development of various school development issues, such as fostering learners' performance through the use of innovative and creative teaching methods, the support for pupils with respect to their individual abilities and needs, and to raise the teachers' work efficiency. There are 3 participants of pedagogical staff involved in the project mobilities. During the activities, the participants will acquire competencies and skills necessary for their work, in order to create the content of curriculum more up-to-date, exciting, and develop the experience of future educational projects at school. During the 1st activity, the participant will gain insight into the new information communication technologies, incorporating the use of social media as an educational tool, how to foster learners' learning motivation, how to enable teachers to make their classes more effective and enjoyable, how to improve communication among students and teachers, and work with pupils of different needs and background. During the 2nd activity, the participant will gain information about innovative pedagogical approaches in the 21st century school, support for students with special needs, critical and creative thinking and how to develop it,and modern evaluation. During the 3rd activity, the participant will learn about the importance of inter-cultural cooperation, "Etiquette rules" for the intercultural project work in Europe, prejudices, developing European projects, how to foster multicultural cooperation. The common goal of all activities is the application of the newly acquired competences throughout school and integration into the school practice for the benefit of teaching staff and pupils. Project implementation methodology: preparatory and organizational support - the preparation of the European Development Plan; providing support and information for staff; recruitment of mobility activities; mobility contract preparation, promoting re-integration of staff in school; implication of the new competencies at school, staff and learners. After the implementation of mobilities, activities of dissemination and exploitation of results will be done including Europass mobility certificate and the final report, disseminating of information into social media, methodological meetings at school and at regional level, school's homepage and communication on regional media. To evaluate the activities that we will carry out and to what extent our project has reached its objectives and results, we will create a dissemination platform with recent information on the project and with project tangible/intangible results at school's homepage, including ideas for future cooperation, evaluating achievements and impact. By the end of the project, teachers will develop a significant professional work competencies and skills that will enhance learners' learning motivation and promote the use of innovative methods in teaching, as well as strengthen European dimension in school. Results of the project in the long term are linked to involvement of the school into new European school cooperation projects through a variety of social networks. The school will implement project activities into its strategic plans (further education of staff, learners' daily achievements, olympiads, exams and other fields).
