Ogre Technical school (OT) has created a training company where students can develop entrepreneurial, which helps to be creative and to act in a socially responsible manner, and teachers have the opportunity to improve themselves and to support learners in creating innovation. To motivate students and teachers to participate in the development of training company and ensure its sustainability, important is to obtain from other countries experience, new innovative ideas in product creation. The project "In seeking of innovative ideas" goal is to develop the students and teacher entrepreneurial ability to implement their ideas into action. As a result, it will promote more young people and teachers' to involve in sustainable training company development, according to the principle - "learning by doing". The participants of the project are ten OT students and three OT teachers who wants to be actively involved in the OT training company development and ensuring sustainability. The project will be implemented in Malta, where the host organization will provide four weeks practice and experience Exchange program: 1. The first two weeks of the project participants will visit several companies, acknowledge with the products develope, business control modules, marketing strategies, product development and production processes, generate innovative idejas. 2. In the third and fourth week of the project participants will work in practice, developing their professional skills - students will produce innovative products or marketing strategies for innovative product promotions, but teachers will be able to participate in new product development and work out the topics of the strategies for the training company sustainable development. The developed products and documents will be result of the project. Within the project OT students will developed their professional and personal competence wich in the long term will help create their own business, basing the Latvian and European economies, but teachers will invest in the development of educational institution by providing the OT training company sustainability, improving the quality of education programs and integrating examples of good practice in daily work.
