Transferring an invention which includes innovative idea or competitive method into a product that has a commercial value, namely technology commercialization, is a complex and long process involving several steps. Despite the development of many innovative products from various sectors in our country, most of them are unfortunatelymoved to the shelves before becoming commercial products. Therefore, in this process, from the invention to commercialization, the institutions / organizations need to examine the training and best practices in the field of commercialization of innovative ideas. In the EU countries, there are many problems to be answered such as how new ideas are revealed, applied, disseminated, how the monitoring and evaluation of them are made, what the financial and political support is, by whom and how the needs of entrepreneurs are met, and how the infrastructure problems are solved. This project aims to increase the educating skills of the educators who are engaged in teaching entrepreneurship. Thus, it will contribute to commercialize the innovative ideas of these individuals. It is aimed to make the educators who give entrepreneurship education better equipped by adding the experience abroad on their existing experiences. The target group in the project consists of a university, an NGO, public and private institutions / organizations which pioneer the entrepreneurship education in our region. In this project, it is intended to give the opportunity to the entrepreneurs seeking to commercialize their innovative ideas in order to develop themselves abroad. In the scope of the project, the participants will be offered a learning experience abroad by attending to a course titled “Commercialization of Innovative Ideas". 14 specialist staff from partner institutions will participate to the activity which will take place in Germany.
