Date du début: 1 juil. 2014, Date de fin: 30 juil. 2015 PROJET  TERMINÉ

Our school is located in a buoyant economic area close to several borders und therefore students from different origins attend our school. A growing number of students doesn't have a German mother tongue, and additionally they are influenced by varying cultural backgrounds. Consequently it is getting more and more important to teach in a more student-centered and individual way and, of course, to put emphasis on the factor motivation. For this period one participant has registered. She has been teaching for many years and thus experienced the steady change concerning the students' backgrounds and origins. She is of the opinion that the new situation calls for innovative methods and new competences. By attending the course "NLP for Teachers" she hopes to get the necessary tools to cope adequately with the ongoing changes. She is convinced that the application of new compentences and an individual pedagogical approach will have a positive effect on students as well as colleagues. In the long-term perspective students with varying backgrounds as well as students with challenging behaviour can be involved more efficiently in order to improve their results. Furthermore a growing awareness of the cultural variety is expected. The aim is a new pedagogical approach that is aimed at improving learning success as well as the social structure. Different measures such as dissemination of the newly acquired skills and competences to colleagues in general and in the language group in specific within the school, as well as seminars or training sessions involving different regional schools can be used to multiply the impact of the course.
