Innovation, Creativity and Talent e-training program for ICT SMEs

The aim of the project is to develop, deploy and assess personalized training program focused at enhancing creativity, innovation and the development of talent as well as transferable coaching skills and based on blended learning and Serious Games methodologies. The training program is tailored for SMEs of the ICT sector and its scope is to contribute to improve the innovation performances of the European SMEs. It will do so, developing a multidisciplinary talent program that addresses the skills and human capital challenges of the ICT SME.The ICT4SME training program is organized in 4 modules developed during an academic year. The 3 first modules are delivered in a blended learning modality and are geared towards acquisition of the skills:1) Innovation2) Creativity3) Talent DevelopmentThey will be tailored and contextualized to the reality of the European SMEs and will cover (with a different weight according to the background/ needs of the various students) the main challenges of the European IT SME as sales enablement (e.g. business to business) or new product development. Innovation, Creativity and Talent Development will be applied to technology trends (e.g. business process redesign, e-commerce, mobility, cloud, etc) and cases studies in application of technology to business will be explored (e.g. multi-channel retail, dot.com, start ups, e-market formations).The 4th one is a full online learning model and it consists in a Training of Coaches module for developing coaching/tutoring competences to be able to transfer the innovation, creativity and talent knowledge and competencies developed in the previous three modules. The project will then develop an integrated multidisciplinary talent program fostering innovation and creativity, and combining development of human capital transversal skills with specific knowledge and challenges that EU IT SMEs have to face.
