The Erasmus+ Project “Innovation, Competence and Success for the Future Professionals in the European Context”-ICS-CE aims at the collaboration of “Stefan Procopiu” High-School,Vaslui, Romania with partners from four European countries: Poland, Spain, Germany and Portugal. The mobilities proposed by the project address students from 9th, 10th and 11th grades high-school and vocational education from the domains of: Mechanics, Textile and Leather Industry, Electric/Electronics and Automation, Computer Science. The team to implement the project will be made up of teachers from Stefan Procopiu High–School-Vaslui, experienced in developing mobility projects and will deal with: informing students, selection the participants, pedagogical, linguistic, general and cultural training, accompanying participants in the practical stages, monitoring, evaluation and dissemination of results. The general objective of the project is: Developing the professional competences of students in vocational and technical education to assure their transition from school to active life. The specific objectives of the project are: 1. Acquiring knowledge and developing practical skills in the domains: mechanics, textile and leather industry, electric/electronics and automation; 2.developing practical training activities in real work conditions, offered by the partner organisations; 3.promoting team work; 4.improving linguistic competences. The objectives of the project represent the result of the SWOT analysis from the School Plan of Action regarding the counselling of the following graduates of vocational and technical education to a professional career. The activities in the project are structured in 4 flows. Flow 1: Practicat training stage: ”Servicing, maintenance, fixing and repairing the machines for elastic sewing”, that aims at building-up the practical skills for 20 students in 10th grade, Technical profile, domains Mechanics and Textile and Leather Industry, in conformity with the key mentioned in the Professional Training Standards. By the practical training developed, the future beneficiaries of the stage will acquire knowledge and abilities necessary for their professional development. The period of development is 15th- 28th May2017 Wroclaw-Poland. Flow 2: The practical training stage ”The Future Web programmers in PHP” aims at building-up the practical skills of web programmers of 18 students from 9th, 10th, 11th grades, from the specialty Mathematics-Computer Science. The students will study the basics of the architecture, functioning and syntax of PHP language, the implementation of PHP scripts in HTLM pages, the communication from the inputs and outputs of their own dynamic pages. The period of development: July, 2017, Valencia-Spain. Flow 3: ”At the stage of practical training” The computerised design of electric and electronic circuits will participate 15 students from 9th, 10th, 11th grades, from the specialty Electric/Electronics and Automation that will have the possibility to develop their practical and computer design skills and the acquisition of skills to design electric and electronic circuits using PLC software design and implementation applications , programming for students. Development period 6-19 November 2016, Dresden Germany. Flow 4: At the practical training stage ”Practical skills in design activities in the electric/electronic domain ” will participate 15 students from 9th, 10th, 11th grades, who are prepared in qualifications from electric/electronics and automation domains and who will participate in activities of design and making of electric/electronic circuits, activities of simulation of the circuits designed, the measuring of the electric measures resulted, verification and fixing of the measured parameters, functioning errors identification of the electric/electronic circuits and remedies. Development period: 10-23 June 2017, Braga–Portugal. The project impact at the level of :* participants:• Acquisition of good practice in the domains Mechanics, Textile and Leather Industry, Electric/Electronics and automation ,IT;•Developing skills and competences for the following graduates from the domains Mechanics, Textile and Leather Industry, Electric/Electronics and automation ,IT;• Enhancing chances to find a work place in the national or European space. *Organisation• Fulfilling the strategic aims in conformity with PAS;• Raising the prestige and the attraction of the educational offer of ”Stefan Procopiu” High-School Vaslui;• Raising experience in the implementation of European projects;•Assuring and evaluating the quality of education and professional training on the level of European quality standards.
