Name: Innovate, educate, succeedBackground: It's necessary to increase the quality level of our school. In recent years our school has opened its borders to the internationalization of education through different European projects and it has already introduced multilingual education in the first three years of compulsory education.Objectives: to improve the teaching-learning process through the introduction of new methodologies and the understanding of other prestigious educational models, to improve the language skills of professionals involved in the project, to exchange teaching and intercultural experience and make new contacts for future international projects involving the rest of the educational community.Project participants: the Deputy Director of the school/Technology teacher of a multilingual group, 2 English teachers and tutors of multilingual groups, 1 teacher of Natural Sciences and 1 of Natural Sciences and Physics and Chemistry teaching in multilingual groups, 1 ICT teacher of multilingual groups and ICT coordinator, and 1 teacher of Valencian Language in charge with programs to prevent early school leaving.Measures: 2 courses of methodology and teaching improvement, 1 course of language and methodology from a CLIL approach, 1 visit for the evaluation of educational quality and 3 stays to learn from different points of view (use of technologies, foreign languages teaching and local treatment of linguistic diversity) about other projects and educational systems that have globally succeeded in their implementation and results.Methodology: observation, discussion, working groups that include brainstorming, problem solving, discussions in pairs and groups, attendance to real teaching sessions with students in secondary schools from different countries, data collection and subsequent analysis to set a reference for future educational projects.Results and Impact: all participants improve their English skills, acquire new methodological skills and digital competence, improvements are introduced into the school plan, which result into improving educational quality and, finally, the European dimension is consolidated in our school.Long-term benefits: better trained teachers, better student's outcomes, a school with a more attractive offer and more integrated into European educational systems, participation in new international projects.
