"Inclusive Rememberance and Acting" is a three-part training project which deals with inclusive education work. Two parts are carried out as international professionals training in Germany and Poland and here applied, the part in the middle comprises national workshops in their home countries. Including methods will be evaluated, while the methods should be much more than just methods of remembarance, because we will activate the people and encourage them to participate. Ten participants from the three partner countries come from the youth services and / or of the memorial work, so that both groups can learn from each other. The activities are designed to a high degree on experiential learning, without forgetting inputs and knowledge. In the long term we hope from the training of trainers a multiplier effect, of the methods and content. Further contributes to training and not only for directly participating groups; This is by training and a public domain providing the new methods can be achieved. The participants will be trained in their methodological skills and a greater awareness of social issues and diversity through the integration of disadvantaged people and those with disabilities arises from all participating countries.
