Inklusion in europäischer Dimension
Date du début: 1 juin 2015, Date de fin: 31 mai 2017 PROJET  TERMINÉ

On the background of having to include pupils with special needs in all kinds of schools in Germany the project "Inclusion in a European Dimension" aims at developing our institution, a secondary school in Lower Saxony, into a more inclusive school to address the special needs of pupils in a more concerted and sustainable way without neglecting the needs of the majority. That is why it appears reasonable to access the long experience of European countries in that field. By getting to know ways of dealing with inclusion matters in different systems our institution can consider which aspects and structures might appear practical and sensible for our school as well to include them in our process of developing the school's quality. The three different advanced training courses applied for take place in the UK, in Sweden and in Italy and offer the chance of theoretical learning as well as getting to know schools in place. From these different approaches and experiences a positive development for our school is supposed to grow by reflecting it back onto the German perspective. At short term the results of the training courses are to be used in inclusive classes and shared with colleagues but in the long run they are to be included in the school's development of its quality to meet the concers of more diverse pupils. That is why the participants, one each for a course, are to be recruited among those teachers taking care of an inclusive group guaranteeing a practical reference but also necessary previous experience and knowledge.
