In the second part of the project we want to empower the volunteers to make their own projects and create and manage their own working team. The project team will give support to the volunteers by request. We want for the project Initiatives for Social Change to have a relevant impact on the parts involved.First of all, we will have tangible outputs to use for dissemination: videos, blog posts and articles with the methodology and the educational process’ outcome, a manual about the implementation of EVS projects, a brochure with methods used during the project. For the EVS volunteers, we want for them to be more active in their local communities, be models of good practice and inspire positive change. The partner organizations will acquire new methods of good practice that can be implemented at the European level. The local community will benefit from the involvement of foreign volunteers. There will be a higher level of awareness of opportunities to volunteer and get involved in the community and members of the community will be encouraged to be participants to the democratic life of the community by having models of good practices. The project will also help our organization: increased visibility, new tools and methods of working with youngster and young adults and international partnerships.
