InGroup - Dimensão Paralela
Date du début: 1 juin 2016, Date de fin: 31 mai 2018 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The main objective of In Group is to promote a new model of participatory and collaborative pedagogy in order to train for citizen participation of young workers in a situation of insecurity and long-term unemployed and to young people who, due to the deregulation of the labor market, are completely apart from participation in any youth involvement platform in the political, social and community field. On the other hand, this project aims to empower the youth workers and Educational Agents who work with these young people within this new pedagogical model, the first pedagogical model for youth involvement focused on GNH indicators (Gross National Happiness) taking as its starting point the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This year's World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, had as its central theme in the so-called "Fourth Industrial Revolution." This reality, which we have already begun to experience on a daily basis, meaning an economy with a strong presence of digital technologies, mobility and connectivity of people, in which the differences between men and machines dissolve and whose central value is information.Experts say countries need to enhance investment in education and innovation for productivity gains and job creation. The great challenge is to maintain the social advances and to stimulate increased productivity. New social pacts are needed so that this new reality is transformed into opportunitiesWe need to build new alliances that surpass political parties and corporations to enable the conditions for the creation of a new financial investment cycle, that is human and educational, where people, and particularly young people, continue to be part of the process and not only the final receptor. The model we advocate and idealized goes beyond conventional indicators and refocus the psychosocial development process in the concrete reality of youth, but without neglecting the global labor market based on competitiveness, productivity and meritocracy. The use of Gross National Happiness meters (GHN) emerge as converging idea that we want based upon a more plural involvement method, achieving at the same time space for young people to develop reflections capable of being adapted to their realities. While traditional development models have as its primary objective the economic growth, the concept of GNH is based on the principle that the true development of human society comes when the spiritual development and material development are simultaneous, thus complementing and reinforcing each other .The InGroup - Parallel Dimension presents a proposal for a new model of inclusion and youth involvement (for a missing young audience in current citizen participation platforms) that articulates and bridges the gap between the concepts of Economy and Community, based on promoting processes of youth participation directed towards emancipation, citizenship and combating exclusion through the deregulation of the labor market. All this through networking work based on the structure of youth informal groups of local intervention and partnership networks that promote friendly attitudes employment. InGroup also presents as priorities the promotion of intercultural dialogue and the defense of youth participation rights of young workers in situations of long-term unemployed. We will involve hundreds of young people and dozens of youth workers, a project focused on those who are the direct priorities of the Erasmus + program for mobility projects and networking for youth workers.
