Date du début: 1 juil. 2014, Date de fin: 30 juin 2016 PROJET  TERMINÉ

“INVEST in Europe”– INFA Vocational Education, Skills and Training” – is a national mobility project promoted by INFA, Institut National de Formation et d’Application, and involving its twelve regional delegations. Mainly focused on vocational training courses concerning the tourism, hospitality-catering and animation sectors, the project will enable 115 VET learners and 60 recent graduates, as well as 10 staff members to participate in a professional placement in one of the eight European countries concerned. INFA considers international mobility as an asset for professionalization and access to the labour market for the youth and participants in VET. Thus, INVEST in Europe advocates for those mobility periods abroad as an integral part of the vocational training as well as the lifelong learning process, which will lead to the acquisition of new professional skills and soft skills in another European country, it will enhance the professional competences already acquired and promote the global employability of the participants. Based on an expertise regarding the professionally-focused mobility projects, INVEST in Europe is implemented by INFA Europe, department in charge of the European projects for more than 10 years. It will notably contribute to an added value to the provided training in our Institutes. Furthermore, the project supports for the first time the professional mobility of the staff involved within the regional delegations, with the objective of discovering innovative pedagogical approaches used in other European countries. The INVEST in Europe project is part of our strategic approach in terms of internationalisation, part of modernisation in vocational training, in which learners and staff mobility will have a multiplier effect and ensure that the project’s outcomes are disseminated and widely used within the organization.
