The fact that our school has been established in 1992 and has not been involved in a European Union project until today is creating serious disadvantages for our school and students. To solve some of these disadvantages like information and skill inadequacies of our school in terms of corporate and personnel and to increase the professional knowledges and skills of our students by providing them quality internships and enabling their increased employability, we plan to employ our project. With our project; 15 students from each of Radiology, Emergency Medical Technicianship Anesthesia and Reanimation, Nursing areas and a total of 60 students will have internships of 14 days in hospitals Klinik Am Bürgerpark in Bremerhaven, Germany; Clinica Nova de Barcelos in Barcelos; and in medical screening center CIMB - Centro de Imagem Medica de Barcelos in Barcelos on Mamograpy, Triage Applications, Anesthesia Complications and Cardiovascular System Diseases and Care and they will become efficient health employees with the skills they have gained in these areas and serve our public with a more quality health service. We also aim in our project that our students to attend the projects to increase their skills in language and culture aspects. By this way, they will both increase personal skills and also they will increase their employability by being able to take over the care of health tourists. The effects that will happen on our school is to increase the corporal skills that it couldn’t increase until today, to have international ties with the ties it formed in Germany and Portugal and with these ties, giving a better education to our students of the only health high school in İnegöl by conveying the better practices of these countries to our school. Together with this, our school will convey the information and skills to other health high schools in our city and other vocational high schools in our town and with this conveyance, other schools will also have an improvement in corporate and professional way. In our country which has moved forward in health expenditures and health service, with these things will have the quality helping health personnel needed in our hospitals. When we are doing our project, a type of application where all our teachers will collaborate and therefore all our teachers will gain experience and increase their skills and information no matter whether they are departmental teachers or not. With such a collaboration, the burden of our project will not be pushed on our departmental and corporate teachers and these teachers which already have duties in our school will not be squashed under heavy work burden and our project will be done in a more comfortable and beautiful way.
