Our school is subbmitting this application for organising 3 week practical training for its students. The first group would travel to Wien, Austria in August-September 2014, there are 5 waiters, and 6 hospitality students.(with 2 acc. teachers) The second group (welders) would travel to Milan, Italy at Spring 2015, with 1 teacher accompanied. We expect the language knowledge, the language usage and the communication skills to improve for the hospitality students. The waiters should study new technical features, serving methods and a method, how to be polite with the client. The hospitality students will gain experiences at serving, cooking, and sales methods. Welders work in industry to gain proficiency with modern facilities . Our institute goal is help the students to experience working abroad, to increase their willingness of mobility. The schoo can also benefit from the experience, as we would like to see these young people as our future colleagues, or as a facilitator for other students, as she/he has a working experience abroad. It is the school's use if they can show up with foreign partner companies that provide practice opportunities to vocational school students
