Project Mladi itd. addresses young people with lesser opportunities in life to creating their own tools that will help them solve their personal situations and to develop the steps that will ensure the applications of these changes. Changes that these young people apply into their lives offer a solution to their personal problems and distresses. Participation of the young people included in this project, their influences on the decision-making process and also their increased participation in the labour market can serve as a good example to other young people, who are not yet included in this project. With this project we want to integrate young people that have already left formal education (who have finished school successfully or have dropped-out) and are now facing problems in the labour market; young people who, in general, do not participate in different projects or organizations. With enabling individual support by finding solutions for their life situations, young people will maintain a dialogue with the creators of politics, who are able to influence their current situations. Active participation on all levels of the project will result in their own planning and execution of the dialogue process and their own animation of the aim participles. Project aims do not end with the execution and the organization of the event, where they are able to start a dialogue with the policy-decision makers. Project aims are set to fully empowerment young people for a permanent and long-term active participation on different levels of social processes.
