The project’s main idea is to gather a young pepople group from gipsy minorities and from other groups at risk of social exclusion with the aim of providing them with different types of resources: linguistic competences, social values, educative values and professional expectations. The working team of the project "Gipsy Inclusión in the east" will create events ans informative sessions in the local community, in the head office of the project and in other public places to multiply the impact and to inform the community about the youth mobility Program Erasmus+. Community will be also informed about the non formal education activities already done to provide the project with a duration in the local community of minorities at risk of social exclusion. The project is expected to reach the main following objectives: provide the minorities with resources to reach their social inclusion, promoting european values, increasing tolerance and opinion diversity, getting that bosnian women become aware of their own rights, creating useful material to multiple recipients, suggesting today topics to work on them to empower the members of the project, to do a field journalism work of the country, creating a vision change over the “Balkan zone” and established stronger bridges between east and west of Europe (España – Bosnia and Herzegovine). The project will produce several tangible and intangible results and its main impact will be the promotion in media as a useful tool for a positive change, producing reflection and knowledge to society, encouraging intercultural dialogue and developing the European human capital, youth active participation and youth management skills. The project’s visibility and its results exploitation are reinforced with the project’s sustainability in every level (local, regional, national, european and international) because its idea is embedded into a long-term concept under the name Inclusión Gitana en el Este which is planned to host in future more youth international initiatives based around minorities at risk of social exclusion. The intercultural group of the project will have a volunteer from the sending country.
