Improving Gender Equality Competences of Persons Responsible for Personnel Development in Private Enterprises and Higher Education
For companies and scientific institutions, it is important to include gender equality into their HR management, in order to stay competitive and successful.The GenCo partners are mainly institutions, which award organisations for good practices in the field of gender equality. Based on their awarding activities they have a large pool of measurements showing good practice in gender equality. Thus, they receive incentives and possibilities for the implementation of measures in their own organisation.This expertise was made available to HR managers in a focused and user-friendly way. With this, they will receive a motivation for changes in their own organisation.
