Changes in the national labour market and education needs in general have made it necessary for our school to adapt to these changes and become more international as well to prepare our students to work and study in Europe. Thus our teachers' intercultural and project management skills will have to be developed and improved in the first place. So we need to take part in intercultural training courses and project management courses where we have the chance to meet and communicate with teacher from all over Europe. It is our objective to build long-term school partnerships to establish a European spirit (exchanges, etwinning) at our institution which will enable teachers and students to confidently communicate and act in an international environment.Number and profile of teachers attending the courses:2-4 teachers should be willing to attend training courses abroad, improve their language and intercultural skills, spread the European spirit to colleagues and students and integrate European ideas into their teaching (especially in European and Business studies, languages)Description of activities: Teachers participate in intercultural project mangagement courses in order to be able to carry out international projects at our school. Methods of implementation:Intercultural competence will be implemented in lessons and new projects will be established due to international project management skills. Expected results and long-term effects: The seminar experience will boost the motivation for intercultural learing and intercultural cooperation (for both both students and teachers) and make the work with Eruopean projects more effcitive. The training will enable teachers to inspire our staff even more for European projects and school exchanges and to use the project work as a means to enhance the students' in intercultural, language and social skills and make them more competitive on the European and international labour market.
