"Improve Your Productivity By Raising Mental Health" is a youth exchange that will take plase in Liepaja, Latvia in February 2017. The YE involves 36 participants from 6 EU countries - Latvia, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Portugal and Slovakia. Analyzing todays problems and issues which youth is tackling, we together with our partners elaborated a course for youth exchange, main aim of which is to improve studying and working productivity, level of social participating and leadership by raising their mental health and brain capacities. To achieve this aim we also have set up several objectives:1. To highlight the most common obstacles and issues which influent psychological condition of young people (such as unemployment, exclusion, poverty, everyday stress, miscomprehension in social relations and many others) and cause stress and depression, thus decreasing productivity in all spheres of life.2. To share theory about meditation (and other related practices) and show a connection between using it and becoming confident and irresistible to inside and outside negative factors.3. To learn how to use and practice technique of meditation in order to achieve improvements in mental and physical condition.4. To foster young people to apply gained cognitive effects, knowledge, skills and attitudes to become active and successful citizens.6. To stimulate young people to share new positive experience among their communities and to launch new youth initiatives or projects. 7. To develop positive attitudes such as mutual dialogue and understanding, as well as creativity, participation and intercultural learning skills of the participants.8.To promote the accessibility of the Erasmus + Programme for young people with fewer opportunities.We extremely believe that the topic of this YE is actual and needed. All the process will be based on methods of non-formal education with usage of the most recent discoveries in innovative learning. This YE is supposed to become a basis for future seminars devoted to its topic and objectives.In spite of gaining new knowledge, our participants will have many great opportunities to take part in discussions, debates, share and collect new pieces of experience and skills. Every participant is supposed to be surrounded with young people from diverse cultures and nations, to get new knowledge, to improve his/her professional level as youth worker in the field of youth unemployment, to learn about the features and opportunities of the Erasmus + Program, and will be involved in other positive options.
