Education, training and youth activities play a key role in providing people of all ages with the necessary means to participate actively in the labour market and in society at large.To create the conditions at the vocational school in Fürstenfeld, this staff mobilites are the main point of the project. The participants are teachers of the vocational school in Fürstenfeld from different parts of teaching subjects including the head office. All of them teach English as a foreign language. The prime aims contain: improvement of the English language, experiences of new teaching methods, increasing of intercultural competence, improved handling with diversity. Another object is the extension of intercultural diversity and different ways of working.Each participant gets his/her own Europass mobility certificate. In addition to that the participants get confident with project management matters and each of them will act as a multiplier.Besides students mobilites will be forced in the future. All teachers, participating in staff mobilities, should work together in the organisation of students moblities.
